Purchased this home in 2008 we gutted and remodeled it. All new- HVAC ( basement still has in floor heat) Flooring Shingles (home 2008) detached shed (2012) All new bath fixtures,vanities, and counters. All new cabinets and counters in kitchen Installed 3/4 bath in basement 2 new bedrooms in basement Put in concrete drive around with inside landscaping and plantings. 2012 put in ring dike completely surrounding the home and detached shed The dike is 18 inches higher than the surrounding roads. The creek is fed only by snow and rain run off. It has reached the base of the dike in the back yard twice in the 13 years we've lived here.
