Spring Is the Time to Sell Your Home

Many people looking to purchase a home have probably spent the winter getting their finances in order and preparing with mortgage pre-approval. This means they can act more quickly because they know what they can afford and know that they may need to make an offer right away to get the home they really want. This is great news for sellers, because the whole process is likely to move more quickly. In some recent cases, the average time it takes to close a loan is just 45 days. That means you could be ready to move into your own new homes in Grand Forks and start settling into your fantastic new property.
